Reviews for this release

Spire.XLS is the first component for XLS that has allowed me complete control over manipulating MS Excel files. The built in intelisense makes it so simple use, I was able to get up and running in minutes without knowing too much about the software. I love the fact that it lets me work with Excel files in both XLS and XLSX formats with the same code. This has saved me so much time. I have used the software extensively to manipulate existing excel files and to create new files from scratch. I can categorically say that this is the best and most feature rich Excel component I have found in my 15 year development career.

This is misleading, and should be removed completely from CodePlex, this website is a platform for open source software not for open source examples of commercial software. DO NOT SUPPORT

License is misleading - the examples are open source, however, the actual component is commercial. The commercial component may be good, however, CodePlex is meant for open source software.
